Pricing & availability: Prices are in GBP and include VAT unless stated. We may correct errors and update prices without notice.

Order acceptance: Orders are accepted when we email a confirmation. We may cancel for suspected fraud, errors, or stock issues (a full refund will be issued if cancelled).

Delivery: Risk passes on delivery. Please check goods promptly and report delivery damage within 48 hours.

Installation/Removal: Not included unless explicitly purchased or stated.

Warranty: Manufacturer warranty applies where provided; misuse/incorrect installation is excluded.

Liability: To the maximum permitted by law we’re not liable for indirect or consequential loss; our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

Governing law: England & Wales.
