Frequently Asked Questions – Appliance UK

How long does delivery take?
Processing: 1–3 business days.
UK delivery: 2–4 business days after dispatch.
Tracking is emailed/SMS’d when your order ships. Deliveries Mon–Fri (bank holidays excluded).
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — Free UK Standard Shipping on all orders.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Not at the moment. We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
If the order hasn’t been dispatched, email us immediately with the correct address and your order number. Once shipped, redirects are not guaranteed and may not be possible with the courier.
Large appliances: delivery & installation
Standard delivery is to doorstep/kerbside. Installation and old-appliance removal are not included unless purchased or stated. Please measure doorways and access points before ordering.
My item arrived damaged or faulty—what should I do?
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the product, inner packaging and outer box. Keep all packaging until we advise next steps.
What is your returns policy?
Unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in original packaging with all accessories.
Request a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) before sending items back. Unauthorised returns may be refused.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty/not as described or we sent the wrong product.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within up to 14 business days.
Do ex-display appliances come with a warranty?
Yes — ex-display items are fully functional and tested. They may show minor cosmetic marks which will be disclosed on the product page. Returns are accepted if the product is faulty or not as described.
Can I cancel my order?
Before dispatch: yes — contact us to cancel and we’ll refund in full.
After dispatch: please refuse delivery or return unopened goods; standard return terms apply.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Major debit/credit cards, PayPal, and Klarna at checkout.
18+, T&Cs apply. Credit subject to status; late fees may apply. See Klarna UK for full terms.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes — prices are in GBP and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Where is my confirmation/tracking email?
Please check your spam/junk folders. If you still can’t find it, contact us and we’ll resend the confirmation or tracking link.
How do I request a VAT invoice?
Email support@appliance-uk.shop with your order number and billing details. We’ll send it over.
