Return & Refund Policy

Return window: 30 days from delivery.

Condition: Unused, in original packaging with all accessories/manuals.

Process: Email support@appliance-uk.shop with your order number to obtain a RAN and return instructions. Unauthorised returns may be refused.

Who pays return shipping: Customer, unless the item is faulty/not as described or we sent the wrong item.

Faulty on arrival / within 30 days: We’ll repair, replace, or refund.

Refund timing: Up to 14 business days after inspection, to the original payment method.

Non-returnable items: Consumables once opened (e.g., filters), items damaged through misuse, or products missing parts.

Ex-display items: Returnable only if faulty or not as described (see page below).
